Rock the Track

IT’S BACK! Our annual BVAPT Walk-a-thon looks a little different this year, but we are thrilled that it’s back! Our beloved event promotes school spirit, physical fitness, and a sense of accomplishment for the students.

This year it’s all about celebration as we Rock the Track to support the students, teachers, and staff of Bennett Valley Union School District. Students collect donations from family and friends and walk the track during the school day. Yulupa students walk on Wednesday, October 19 and Strawberry students walk on Thursday, October 20.

Join us for the fun, free community event after school on Thursday, October 20 from 4-7pm at The Rock the Track Afterparty!

Walk-a-thon Community Event

Thursday, October 20, from 4-7pm at Strawberry Elementary

This is an event for the whole family! After collecting pledges from family and friends and walking the track, students and their families are invited to this FREE community event. Presented by Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, the Rock the Track Afterparty will include a concert by School of Rock’s house band as well as:

Fun Zone!

Each listed will be $2 per time or unlimited with $20 wristband.

Face Painting
Crazy Hair
Tattoo Station
Large Obstacle
Small Obstacle
Jumpy House

Unlimited wristbands -$20 / Individual tickets-$2

Wristbands will be available for presale purchase starting October 7 thru October 18.
Please include WAT wristbands + x (x=the number of wristbands your are purchasing) in the “add a message” section of PayPal. This will help us find your payment when you pick up your wristbands at the event

Look for two important emails about online pledges and ways that you can help with the walk-a-thon.

October 7-20

Collect pledges! Share your pledge page via email, Facebook, and Twitter. Don’t forget to sign up to volunteer!

October 10-18

Wristbands for unlimited activities in the Fun Zone on sale!

October 19

Yulupa students walk during school for PE time!

October 20

Strawberry students walk during school for PE time!

Teacher & School Experiences Auction open for bidding!
